Dr. Rubina Gill, Ph.D., is an accomplished Agricultural Scientist, Professor, and Researcher with over 21 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She holds a Doctorate in Agricultural Sciences (Agronomy) and is certified in Administration for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in California.
Currently serving as the Executive Director at St. Michael Assisted Living, she blends her scientific expertise with leadership and compassion to ensure quality care and community enrichment. She has received numerous national and international awards for her contributions to agricultural science and innovation.
With over 50 published research articles and 8 authored books, Dr. Gill has guided many Master’s and Doctoral students, shaping the next generation of scientists. She also serves as a reviewer for international journals and is a board member of multiple scientific societies.
